Flt. Lt. Pratana Patanasiri, Vice President of aviation safety, security & standards at Thai Airways International, says that Japan’s Meteorological Agency has announced an alert relating to typhoon Krosa (Typhoon No. 10).

For safety reasons, THAI has rescheduled the following flights to and from Nagoya, Osaka and Fukuoka:

  • Flight TG644 Bangkok-Nagoya on 15 August 2019, scheduled to depart from Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport at 00.05 hours, left at 13.00 hours.
  • Flight TG646 Bangkok-Nagoya on 15 August 2019, scheduled to depart from Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport at 10.45 hours, will depart 23.00 hours.
  • Flight TG672 Bangkok-Osaka on 15 August 2019, scheduled to depart from Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport at 08.25 hours, has be rescheduled to depart Bangkok at 01.00 hours on August 16th. The return flight, TG673, scheduled to depart from Osaka at 17.35 hours (local time) will be rescheduled to at time yet to be announced.
  • Flight TG686 Bangkok-Fukuoka on 15th August 2019, scheduled to depart from Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport at 09.50 hours is rescheduled to depart from Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport at 10.13 hours. The return flight, TG687, scheduled to depart from Fukuoka at 18.20 hours (local time) is rescheduled to depart from Fukuoka at 19.00 hours (local time).
