Amit Lal Singh is a big fan of the Thai people. He started his recruitment company in Thailand ten years ago, before expanding to six other countries in Asia. He believes that the market side of the IT talent in Thailand is huge and there is a massive gap between demand and supply. Yet, since most companies are looking for trained talent, he offers advice for fresh graduates on how to boost their chances of getting a job.
