Police have arrested a nephew of the Deputy Interior Minister, Chada Thaised, for allegedly possessing methamphetamines, as well as a firearm and ammunition without a permit.
The arrest took place at a hotel in the Huai Kwang area of Bangkok today.
One of the suspects were identified as Noraset Thaised, the son of Chada’s elder brother.
Noraset and three friends were apprehended after police found six bags of methamphetamines, an 11mm pistol and bullets.
