The vaccination centre at the Bang Sue railway station in Bangkok is providing a free COVID-19 inoculation service, using the Moderna vaccine, from today (Saturday) until stocks of the vaccine run out.

Members of the public, who are at least 18-years-old, can just walk in and receive their first, second, third or fourth dose between 9am and 3pm.

Those who are unvaccinated will receive a first dose of Moderna and a second of Pfizer, with a 28 day interval. Those who have already received their first dose, their second, third and fourth doses will be the Moderna vaccine, with 28 days between doses.

The public can just walk in through Gate 1 of the station and register before inoculation.

Those who have pre-booked the Pfizer vaccine for their third or fourth shots can notify officials at the registration point if they want to switch from the Pfizer to the Moderna vaccine. They can also choose between intramuscular injection, which requires a full dose of vaccine, and subcutaneous injection, which requires half a dose.
